Cocktail Caravan Bar is ideal for those looking for a different cocktail experience. Started by sisters Ashley and Amanda Willis of Sisters’ Soiree, LLC, Cocktail Caravan puts a spin on the popular food truck by providing everything in one business: delivery of supplies and ice, connections to liquor stores across the state for a wide variety of selections to match any price point, a staff with attention to detail, clean-up services and of course the bar itself, which makes a great conversation piece, photo backdrop and more.

Cocktail Caravan is New Jersey’s first bartending service with a bar-on-wheels for rent at private parties with soft beverage catering, and services such as bartending staff, cocktail waitresses and hostesshelpers are available year-round for all types of events.

“Our customers have loved the set-up we provide, which is unlike any other bar in the state,” says Ashley Willis. “Beyond the setup, customers absolutely love that Cocktail Caravan can provide everything the bar needs so they don’t have to purchase, prep or provide anything.”

Cocktail Caravan has been used for events across the board, from corporate parties to milestone events. Boasting experience with group sizes ranging from 40-500, Cocktail Caravan Bar is a shoe-in for a successful and unique event.

In 1927, Hilton Hotels’ founder Conrad Hilton said, "Abilene, Texas, will be well prepared to handle large conventions and please the most fastidious visitor." Nearly 95 years later, Abilene has fulfilled this vision and is excited to welcome back the Hilton family of hotels in the heart of downtown Abilene with a recently announced DoubleTree by Hilton.

Since the onset of the pandemic, event planners and venues have been finding ways to perfect the art of meeting outdoors.  From enhanced technology that allows an entire function to take place in nature to open air teambuilding activities, I’ve seen so much creativity in the planning process. A natural backdrop can be both inspiring and calming, helping attendees to make meaningful and lasting connections with their peers, while offering fresh air for a safe meeting environment.
