The governing board of Associations North in St. Paul announced Angela Kisskeys and Sarah Ruzek as the organization’s co-directors. The two will take over for president, Kathy Johnson, CAE. Johnson, who served the association for 28 years, will retire June 2017.
The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence and Meeting Professionals International have come together to offer a new, enhanced experience for global meetings and incentive professionals at the SITE + MPI Global Forum. The crossover between both industries and memberships sparked the idea for the event, taking place Jan. 12–14, 2018 at the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria in Italy—a hotel in the heart of Rome.

Global DMC Partners has announced that five of their members—BBC Destination Management, Corinthian Events, Destination Nashville, Spaintacular and The Destination Manager—are among the finalists for the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI) Achievement Awards.
