    An Ocean of Possibilites

Located in the heart of Times Square, National Geographic Encounter: Ocean Odyssey, an experiential venue, is an exciting new venue in New York City. Created by Academy Award-, Grammyand Emmy-winning designers, the space offers an immersive undersea experience for guests, including interactions with on-screen sea otters, humpback whales and great white sharks. Guests can even pledge not to use plastic water bottles in order to keep the oceans clean. The space was designed to foster interaction with guests and an interactive cocktail reception can hold up to 600 guests, with seated dinners for smaller groups.

“The technology behind it is really phenomenal. It really is an extremely high-tech space,” says Karen Shackman, president of Shackman Associates New York, the venue’s preferred event planning company. Her favorite parts of the space include interacting with the sea otters and walking through an “undersea water heaven.” The venue also boasts a prime location. “In New York City, location is so important and there’s nothing else like it in the area,” she adds.

Highfive video conferencing is “a reimagined meeting room experience built for organizations with multiple offices and remote workers, partners and customers,” says Chris Heinemann, Highfive’s senior director of corporate marketing.

Highfive’s premium service is equipped with a 4K HDR Dolby camera and a high-fidelity audio microphone powered by Dolby Voice. With a CPU built into the camera, setup is easy and requires customers to place the camera on top of the television or on a wall mount.
