The Philadelphia Hyatt at the Bellevue property, an iconic landmark open since 1904, is being rebranded as the Bellevue Hotel and will become the first Unbound Collection hotel in the Northeast region. The rebrand will be official as of March 1, 2018.
Featuring 172 guest rooms, 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space and the highly rated XIX (NINETEEN) fine dining American restaurant, the hotel underwent a multi-million dollar renovation in 2016. Drawing on inspiration from the hotel’s iconic location on the celebrated Avenue of the Arts, all guest rooms feature a contemporary take on 18th century furnishings, as well as art from local Philadelphia painters and photographers.
The Unbound Collection by Hyatt is a new portfolio of Hyatt’s upper echelon on luxury properties around the globe. The Bellevue Hotel will join the existing five distinct The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand properties around the world, including The Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas, The Royal Palms in Phoenix, The Confidante in Miami Beach, Fla., Hotel Du Louvre in Paris, France and Carmelo Resort & Spa in Uruguay. The brand added two new hotels in 2017: Holston House in Nashville, Tenn., and Spirit Ridge resort in Osoyoos, British Columbia.
