What goest on behind the scene of a successful trade show? More than you could imagine! First, let’s start with your marketing objective for exhibiting at a particular trade show. So often I hear that companies continue to exhibit at a particular show because, “We’ve always done it and if we don’t our competition is still there and attendees might think we are out of business.” At first glance, this might make sense; however, if you are not getting qualified leads from the show, it’s not worth going. No sense throwing good money after bad.
It is often said that necessity is the mother of invention. Just ask Justin Panzer, CEO and founder of Eventuosity. Panzer, a marketing executive who was always on the road launching new products, went from trade show to customer tour to training session with color-coded spreadsheets and binders. “I thought to myself, there has to be a better way to organize all of this,” he says. From group texts to emails and documents, “I always felt I was losing track of something.”
The Philadelphia Area Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (PAMPI) held its monthly meeting on January 21 at the Courtyard Philadelphia South at The Navy Yard. There were a little over 90 people in attendance at this networking event, which invited industry executives to greet, meet and eat while making new friends.

Three organizations celebrated the holiday season in style at the brand-new Terrace in Paramus.
