Oink and Moo, a food truck that has operated in New Jersey since 2012, is making big news! The truck is known throughout NJ towns like Hoboken and Asbury Park, but after expanding to Philadelphia, it won a Vendy award for Rookie of the Year. Now, The Daily Meal has rated Oink and Moo the No. 2 best food truck in the United States. The food is straight up BBQ—beef brisket or pulled pork sliders, chili, tacos, quesadillas, and ribs.

The Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau announced that 2016 was its highest convention booking year ever with 713 events and 903,199 hotel room nights secured for future years. This is an 18.2 percent increase in the number of events and a 5.8 percent increase in room nights secured during 2015.
Forbes Travel Guide awarded The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort with five stars for the ninth year in a row. The Sanctuary was also received five diamonds from AAA for the 11th year in a row.

After 14 years of service as Hotel Hershey’s general manager, Brian O’Day has announced his retirement effective April 30, 2017. Taking his place will be current assistant general manager, Bill Hendrix.
As general manager Hendrix will oversee the entire operation of The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Laundry and Cleaning. The hotel, built by chocolate tycoon Milton S. Hershey, features 276 guest rooms and a surplus of amenities such as a spa, three restaurants and more than 25,000 square feet of meeting space.
